Rude sales agents!!! who have no idea how to speak to customers. Even if they can offer me a cheaper tariff than my current network provider, I do not want to speak with rude call agents like the gent I spoke with today. This company needs to seriously invest in training their sales team on how to talk to customers appropriately!!!

Cold called to my mobile number saying that could get me a better business tariff, when I asked where they were calling from they said the O2 business team but didn't know what my current tariff was. Polite when I said I wasn't interested and ended the call.

Beware the 5 star fake reviews. With a very small amount of investigation you can see that these accounts are linked to the staff that work at the company. This company is like an Indian scammer call centre. Without the fake reviews this is a 1 star so take heed before doing business.

I was somewhat concerned after being contacted by this company so I told them to call me back once i’d done my research. I must say there are some awful reviews about being conned into thinking they are 02 business but I found the young lady I spoke to quite clear about who they are. The deal they offered me was cheaper than my current one and included a new phone so I agreed to move my existing service from EE to these and now I’m on 02. No problems. So far so good.

Cold calling scammers , pretending to be from O2 , 5 star reviews from their own staff - Hailey Hamer and Dave Carter , stay well clear of this lot.Indeed if you check the location of the 5 star reviewers on this site , you will find they all work in the same place !

Scammers insisting they are from vodafone, who rather than explaining they scrape the Internet for cold calling candidates happily argue with you fir 30 minutes in an ever escalating attempt to provoke a reaction and giggle with glee. Since they responded to quite a modest review perhaps they should go and listen to call recordings to see what their agents actually do.

Have recently upgraded with your mobile. Right from the start they couldn’t have been more helpful and clear. Everything was explained in detail. The service is brilliant. Overall I would highly recommend this company for its customer service and very competitive prices.
