Came to the house to fix a problem with the Hot Water, played around with the mixer valve and worked temporarily. The problem reoccurred, and I was told the valve needed to be replaced. Waited weeks on end for a price being told 'im still looking, I'll have a look again tonight". Just ignored my texts and never heard from him since. Gave up after being strung along over 3 weeks for the price, with no hot water. Contacted another plumber. You should too.
