This is an AMAZING butcher. A young Lithuanian couple who are preparing and smoking meat (mainly pork but some chicken) using traditional methods. All the meat comes from a local (Watton Norfolk) abattoir. Their bacon is the best in Norfolk and the only reason why their sausages haven't won any awards is that they are too busy serving customers in King's Lynn, March, Thetford and surrounding area to enter any competitions. If you love good meat and especially smoked meat, this is the place to come. This is probably the best pork butcher in Norfolk.
