I have tried twice to explain that our house was valued at 788 and asked why now valued at 266K. It is a 4 bedroom detached house with 70k cart lodge and 7 acres of land. The Zoopla advert states the value is from 266 and below says: Value 790K in small print. I have had no reply. I am sure this must be misleading or fraudulent advertising.

We emailed Zoopla are more than five different times telling them about FAKE estate agents like “AP Alexander Patton group” who are fake who do not have any offices or are registered anywhere, who are posting pictures of outside buildings with no floor plans because they are not instructed and then they are approaching landlords pretending to have other properties on the market when they don’t and Zoopla do did nothing about!! There management is absolutely rubbish all they care is getting fees from even fake estate agents!! It’s amazing a company like this doesn’t want to cooperate and flush out fake agents on their site.
