I was referred to abbey physiotherapist by my consultant. I have nothing but good things to say about the service and the treatment I received. It was first class. I can highly recommend my physiotherapist Alison who was very understanding and knowledgeable about the treatment I required. I was given exercises to carry out at home between appointments and always received excellent advice as to how long to do them and why it was that they would help me. I would not hesitate in contacting them for any physiotherapy requirements. You will not be disappointed and will receive excellent treatment tailored specifically to your needs.

Wow just wow! I can't thank Alison enough for what she did for me. I had pain in my shoulder and was unable to move my arm for several days. I started having minor panic attacks because I knew it wasn't right. I had been to the doctors but the referral process is very slow and I was finding it very difficult to deal with my anxieties. I went to Alison for help and she knew exactly what was wrong with my arm, she showed me some very effective exercises to do. I also bought a pain master on her recommendation and had some acupuncture. I was amazed in the few hours that followed. My arm had loosened up and the pain eased. I was able to move it around 5 cm more than I could previous to the acupuncture. All of this was and is new to me, I am truly thankful and would highly recommend this.

Great experience from Alison. She met me at short notice after pulling my hamstring during a park run. Expert knowledge of the affected area, and effective massage and stretching exercises sorted the problem within 10 days.Now back running again after just 2 sessions. Easy to find and great value for money.
