Lindsey and PJ made my grans 80th birthday super special. They helped in keeping it a big surprise right up until boarding the boat and their friendly chatter helped to prevent her usual worries. They were super professional in their safety talks while not making it feel like a lecture. They are also absolute pros at navigating through the locks! Everyone had a lovely time and we couldnt have hoped for anything better.. Overall amazing service and I would reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip on the local waterways! Thank you!!⁸

This company has horrible ethics when it comes to their booking process and customer service. Booked a two hour boat trip with the owner back in April 2019- only to receive a phone call a week ago from the assistant -saying they had double booked ( which is a lie- they had just decided to give my booking to another party who wanted a 4 hour booking rather than the two hour I wanted) because I did not reply to an email sent by the ‘ assistant’. Owner never told me to reply to an email to confirm the booking, she confirmed with me over the phone both in April and again in June. This was only day and time I could do this cruise due to family abroad arriving the day before and family in England leaving the following day. Disgusted and disappointed that this company is driven by making more money for a longer cruise rather than keeping customers happy. Don’t suggest anyone uses them as could lead to disappoint if you have an important event planned- they are quick to cancel if they see more money can be made- there are better boat trips - with whom I have now booked with.

Had an enjoyable trip too Harefield and back for my Birthday, the boat was hired for the afternoon, decorated out with the usual bunting. The two crew could not have been more pleasant even supplying more food at no extra cost, Sarah was captain, a lovelier person you couldn't meet. Highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing time.
