A nice bar worth a good selection of beers that are a break from the hoppy craft beer norm. Has a few draft and a fairly large menu of bottled beers. It is pretty small and service can be variable, particularly if you time it wrong. But a nice relaxed venue of you get it right.
The gyros are amazing I'd order more next time but unfortunately only this. The chips were meant to be 3 times cooked but they weren't and the meatballs were really disappointing in the flatbread, they're really cheap the quantity was good but I'd prefer quality like the gyros and it being fresh. I'll be back but only for the gyro!
I ordered a Gyro, chips and a pint online, plus some other stuff for the kids. Food arrived promptly, and was really good. The pint tasted great too. The last time I was in there (pre-lockdown!), the service was exceptional too. Table service, but prompt service. Didn't have to register with a ludicrous app just to order a pint also. Highly recommended.
Great selection of Belgian Beers ranging from Pils to some great Trappist brews. Lovely to sit outside imagining you're tucked away in a small side street in Bruges or Ghent. Inside the bar the feeling of being in the low countries continues with dark wooden panels, open fire, small tables and on the second floor the typical spiral staircase.
