Got a second hand UltraSE and wanted to know how old it was, spoke to Terri, a true professional when it comes to customer service, nothing was out of the question, even sent me some goodies too, if I could give more stars I would.

For the last four months I have been trying to get my 1982 air-rifle serviced by BSA. The standard excuse by everyone is Covid. Needless to say that I still need my gun to be serviced as Ranger in Surbiton, Surrey have been telling me lies since 07/07/2020 when I dropped my gun to them. Collected my gun from them today 08/09/2020 with more scratches then when I left it 2 months ago. Terrible service from BSA and RANGER
Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I spoke to an employee named Mohammed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything, these guys do not know how to display professionalism. Unfortunately the least I can give on here is a 1 star...
