My burger was missing topping what was requested. Burgers very bland, even with seasoned patties ordered. Also my partner who likes her food quite plain, said her burger was also very tasteless. Both burgers were ordered with pickles, received a tiny slice of pickle in both.Fries undercooked, being loaded fries they were lacking of toppings. We had high hopes as they look amazing on the pictures, but sadly it was a big disappointment.

Had this for the first time on Friday, food was amazing still piping hot when arrived. So many flavours and the wings and ribs were just melt in the mouth, couldn't fault this at all would most definitely recommend. And they used echo friendly packaging.
Just had ribs .. burger .. wings and dirty chips .. totally yum !!! Best ribs in chelmsford by far ! Wings are great and burger was banging ! You won't be disappointed with the food at all !
Was really looking forward to our order on Saturday 13, but unfortunately was left disappointed by a delay, food quality and the poor customer service . Order arrived an hour and 15 mins late, and I had to call and chase the restaurant twice - no attempt was made to get in contact with me, I had to chase to find out where my food was. On the second call I was told I would be able to get a refund, and that my food was now with the driver, so I could accept it as well as it was now on its way. Accepted the food, and found the chicken burger to be heavily salted, while both the fries and onion rings were so salty we couldn't get past the first bite and sadly had to bin them. I text the number I was told to get a refund and received a response saying it would be sorted in the next day (Sunday 14). I followed up by text on two occasions, with no response. I then emailed on Thursday 18, and still no response. A week since my order and it's radio silence. Hugely disappointing.
