I can't even review on this as the customer service is far below disgusting. The man is racist and was more interested watching cricket game online than serving us. He was abusive and used rude language ..... Did not even spare woman....... So disrespectful and he does not deserve even one star..... Try to avoid going there unless u want to see how humiliating someone can be.....
This store is amazing and has excellent custermer service and 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs flooring.
I don't Normally write reviews - but the fellow is definitely not deserving of one star. We bought a carpet 10 years ago from him and his advice was correct - and I'm presently making a very big purchase of would flooring
Very poor customer service. Guys serving us was Mr Roop, as soon as he realised we only wanted carpet for stairs and were working on a budget he lost interest in us. We still bought the carpet from him as I had no time to shop around. I have no idea about carpets and did not know how much carpet we needed for the stairs, we relied on him to tell us how much carpet we needed. Sold me double the required meter square and now I have half the carpet going to waste. Very bad experience and would not recommend carpet store to anyone. Bunch of liars and con artist.
PLEASE AVOID! This man (Roop) is a fraudster and is currently under investigation by Hillingdon Trading Standards. He has defrauded my sister by over 2000 by adding extras and charging for unnecessary items such as cheaper underlay, poor fitting carpets and cheaper alternatives than promised! Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!
