Very observant and friendly staff....Got given the wrong drink and a different staff member that hadn't taken my order noticed before I had! Good food.......by the time I left I thought I was going to die I'd eaten so much. Bbq sharing platter to start, American sliders for a main and New York cheesecake for dessert. Definitely going to come back!

Very disappointed - service very slow, waited nearly an hour between courses. Went in at 7pm, starters arrived at 7.45 and main nearly an hour later. This created problems as I had my young grandchildren My starter of prawns was returned as completely over-cooked. Food was very below par in comparison to our previous visit. Staff and manageress very apologetic. All due to lack of staff in kitchen and on floor. Were given a discount on main meals and not charged for the prawn starter. However, I would rather have had good food than the discount. Will definitely think twice before going again. Most meals for what they are, are expensive.

My first visit to Coast to Coast...all 20 minutes of it..greeted by the waitress who promptly told us they'd had a busy day and had run out of chicken!.....Then surprised, having been seated, when my 21 year old, 6ft tall daughter was asked for ID when she ordered her cocktail; her 24 year old, 6 ft 3 tall, hardly fit around the table, boyfriend was asked for ID when he ordered his cocktail then I , at 5 ft 11, 50 years of age, beautiful and slightly greyed was told I would also need ID if I was going to order alcohol..good thing I don't drink ...somewhat flattered but now a little frustrated.... I asked the waitress if the person to my right, (happened to be my 13 year old daughter), would need ID as well and she said yes if she wanted alcohol.... use of her discretion gone a bit too far or someone needing to hone their customer service skills...Not a great first impression, so drank the two fizzy drinks we had ordered, paid and made a quick exit to Frankie and Bennys where the approach was more welcoming and conducive to spending our hard earned money...

We visited the restaurant on Sunday evening. The place was quite busy when we walked in but it slowly calmed down. The food is really good, but the service we've received wasn't so great. Waiters were disorganized coming to us with the wrong food twice. Also had to ask them three times about my coffee. Maybe on more quiet day it would be a nice experience but this visit put me off this restaurant for quite a while.

Great food with good variety. Atmosphere is very nice and they are helpful with small children. Just a little expensive compared to other places on site but I still choose to go there as 1st preference.

I've eaten at this restaurant twice, once on a busy Saturday evening, once on a quiet midweek lunch time - so I can provide a balanced review on my experiences. For the Saturday night, service was slow. Very slow. I appreciated that there's going to be a wait when restaurants are busy and we were in no particular rush anyway. However, the waitress took our drinks order when we sat down at our table and the drinks still hadn't arrived by the time we'd reviewed the menu, ordered food and received our starters. When they did arrive, getting more drinks was a bit of a chore, we really had to pester the waitress for another order. We then had to wait a very long time to receive our bill once we'd requested it after we'd finished our meal. For the lunchtime visit, service was a lot quicker and very friendly, however our main courses arrived lukewarm. We complained to the manager and he was very apologetic and provided us with a discount voucher for our next visit - however we probably wont go again.

Kieran the same manager was lovely and helpful and friendly. Food was great and chef was only too happy to take requests of how I wanted my food cooked. Will be back.

Made an online reservation for 8.45pm. While we were sitting having a drink at the bar, a waitress came and told us that the kitchen would be closing at 9 o'clock, so could we make up our minds what we wanted quickly, please! (It's supposed to be open till 11). When we asked why, she said she didn't know. She handed us menus, but then went on to list a vast number of items they didn't have. We had a moan and she asked if we'd like to see the manager, to which we said yes, but the manager never turned up, so we scrapped our reservation, left and went next door to Nandos. This place is heading down the tubes again after a period of actually being pretty good. Don't rely on getting fed if you turn up during the later part of the evening.
