THE BALLYMENA DALREADA OUT OF HOURS DOCTORS ARE AT PRESENT OPERATING FROM OUTPATIENTS AT ANTRIM AREA HOSPITAL,( MAIN ENTRANCE ) STRAIGHT AHEAD TO WHAT WAS OUTPATIENTS 1 2 AS AS I HAD TO ATTEND A FEW NIGHTS BACK NOT 100% SURE REGARDING OUT OF HOUR DENTAL ISSUES . STAY SAFE GUY'S GIRLS . REGARDS JAMES PS STILL RING USUAL NUMBER IN BALLYMENA FOR CALLBACK .

An absolutely horrible and abrupt woman answered the phone. She was rude and snappy, people are calling this service because they are sick, and she refused to even help because she said my surgery was open, even though it's closed because I'd called it already. Rude, horrible and unprofessional. She needs some training in customer service and basic human interaction especially since she is dealing with vulnerable people.

They don’t even call back, useless and doesn’t seem to have the IQ to be a doctor as couldn’t actually understand what I was saying, death is easier than NHS, they don’t care u have been in serious pain for 2 days, this lots car never leaves outside the office, death would be quicker than waiting on these idiots
