I ordered the \Ice Cream Lover\ which is Any large pizza 4 Pieces garlic bread, 1 Bottle of drink, Any ice cream. They 1st told me 30 minutes until it arrives from a 15 minute drive. I had to call them 50 minutes later to find out where my food was. When I received my food, the Ice Cream was practically milk and chocolate pieces where it was so melted, The Garlic BREAD was just that, bread which looked/felt/tasted like it was cooked for 2 minutes and was only just warm. The pizza was a absolute disgrace. It was barely cooked, soft and extremely doughy. It's safe to say I won't be using this shoddy establishment again. You call yourself Express which should mean fast AND COOKED. Not fast and extremely under cooked. I am so appalled by the quality of the food I will also be contacting the Food Standards Agency and Health and Safety! I request that you contact me to discuss this issue.

I read the reviews after I placed the order and don't know why Most of reviews are so bad.my good is just exactly how I ordered it, tasty, fast delivery, delivery guy was very nice,and came up to the sixth floor.very kind and I feel so guilty now that I didn't left any tips.such a shame,I wish I did

Delivered to me many times before but never actually went into the shop until this weekend and glad i did. The hygiene is TERRIBLE!! NO GLOVES, NO HAT, NO MASK AND DIDNT WASH HANDS AFTER HE TOOK ORDER. Obviously very little knowledge of cross contamination, then the delivery rider walked down into the kitchen and they both had a conversation and laughing in their native tongue. And NO i didn't eat the Pizza, i waited until he'd finish the toppings and told him to cancel as i left my money at home. Definitely WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Ordered potato skins and cheese and pepperoni pizza ...was not disappointed very little oil left in each box and great taste... Looks like I have just found my new favourite pizza place
