Having ordered paint through this local company over the phone on a Tuesday. We were told to arrive on Thursday. Upon arrival we were told that "we" hadn't ordered any paint. We trying to explain our position the young male in the shop took a disgraceful attitude telling us he didnt care who we were we and that hadn't ordered the paint despite our phone call on Tuesday ordering exact quantities and colour. Never going to use this company again as my wife was left quite upset. Zero stars!!
We needed some Farrow and balls paints in a hurry, as we had a Decorator coming in the following day to start work on our house. Placed the order online and the next morning the paint arrived, we didn’t even have to pay delivery costs either. Will certainly use again and would recommend.
I have used this shop several times now, always helpful on colours and always have the Farrow and Ball stock I need. I have used the website to and delivery has always been fast. Glad to have this shop in Ashby
Wonderful service, Ive ordered for delivery and click and collect a few times now and they always have the paints I need. Friendly staff and good advice on colour and what paint to use.
I wanted to exchange an unopened tin of paint for a different colour and was told I couldn't despite stating refunds and exchanges available on receipt. Obviously customer loyalty is not a priority to them. In the past I have bought paint etc from them to try help a local business. In future I will buy online.
Ordered paint because they did next day delivery and my scaffolding is due down in 2 days. Waited in all day for paint, by 4pm checked email only to find they had sent an email saying it’s out of stoc and on order. Phoned them up to cancel but upperty woman said it’s my fault for not checking my email. In this day and age I would expect to be informed at point of ordering if products are not in stock. The woman said I could of had my money back if I’d phoned the same day as I had ordered but unfortunately this was not possible so no cancellation and 30 quid out of pocket Very unhelpful. Beware! Will never use again!
