Outstanding customer service really attentive to there customers. I placed an order on just eat when delivered there was an item missing . However this particular night it was snowing quite heavy so didnt feel it was acceptable to call and ask for it to be sent out . The next night we received an unexpected delivery and it was our missing item and extras . To say the least I was pleasantly surprised and extremely appreciative as the didnt have to rectify this . Keep up the hard work providing Sunderland,s sweet treat lovers happy .

We ordered two waffles and a mix up. Food arrived 45 minutes early and everything was delicious. The prices seem a little high, but the quality of food and the quick delivery make up for it!

I ordered two waffles, a tango ice blast, a milkshake and chocolate strawberries. Highly recommend! but if ordering online write a note asking for cutlery.

Really bad quality cheesecake , thin , probably paid 50p for them and sell them for 4 , terrible delivery times 1.5 hours , do not go here
