Great car buying experience all round. From the moment i Asked via txt, if the car was still available, Any questions were answered, great comunication, i travelled from Bristol so i was hoping to find the car to be good as descibed and shown in pictures, And this was and better. The salesman Angel was pleased to meet me, and showed me the car, and left me to check over and also then take for a test Drive. Once Happy i approached Angel and we finished the deal, All this was done professionaly and happy to help in any way, Angel also helped set up the Tax for the car online, one less think to worry about. Tried to contact via work number, mobile, text and email, mutiple times, to which I had no reply. If viewings are 'by appointment' how can you contact this person to arrange one? Poor service, very disappointing and would not recommend.

I purchased a Vw golf from Faringdon car Co in September for nearly 7000. A week into ownership the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead, on this occasion I gave FCC the benefit of the doubt as I knew the car had probably been sat for a while before me buying it and payed 85 for a new one. Then conveniently one month after the warranty had ended after only 3000 miles driving, I started getting a horrible noise from the engine and after having it looked at I found out it was the gearbox. The gearbox had been very badly repaired prior to me buying the car and had been held together with arildite which is essentially glue, which had failed, leaked and allowed the gears to chew themselves up... I was shocked at this discovery and even more shocked on the 1,830 repair bill I was left to pay! I contacted Them about this and was told they’d look into it and help me out but i have never any response from Faringdon Car Company. None of my calls and texts have been answerd since!!
