I am elderly and this site is very good to use. I believe the negative reviews were to do with a supplier which has been removed but I have not been updated on it. I have had no problems for anyone wondering. Regards

Excellent customer service. Called before Christmas and they were very busy so I left a message. A lady called back within 10 minutes and I placed my order. It arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Can't say more. I'll use them again.
Very impressed. Efficient and very pleasant service. Would highly recommend.
Avoid this company. Used to be OK but they recently partnered with a company in Southend that promises great prices but never actually delivers the oil. They will make every excuse under the sun why they haven't delivered and promise you a delivery date that they have no intention of fulfilling. FuelTool don't want to know; they never answer their phone and ignore your emails.
Seemed ok until things went wrong with the supplier that they had promoted on their website and who I inadvertently chose ( you can’t see who you’re choosing until you pay!) - Fueltool couldn’t care less that HomeFuels Direct ( the ‘supplier’) refused to deliver within the timeframe I had paid for and that they had advertised/promised. Fueltool never bothered to respond to my mails requesting help. Beware...if things go wrong, you’re on your own.
