My mum passed away unexpectedly which left us heartbroken and apart from knowing what some of her wishes would be, I didn't know where to start, what to do or how to organise a funeral. William, from the first phone call right through to the end (and even after) was very empathic, caring, helpful and sincere!! Bespoke is not the closest to us, but we still felt they were the perfect company to help us arrange and manage my mum's funeral- we decided not to call anyone else for a quote. Every request and even changes were met with such professionalism. The whole team handled and showed so much respect, dignity and sympathy! My mum loathed being in anything black, because it reminded her of death: so William even provided their beautiful silver hearse to honour this. The flowers were all extremely pretty, my mum would have absolutely loved them. Bespoke's uniform is very elegant and professional. The prices are very reasonable and transparent. I have been to a few funerals before, but none have come close to Bespoke in any sense. The whole funeral was conducted beautifully and with such high respect and courtesy for my beloved mum; and us- the family! It was an honour to have Bespoke guide and manage an extremely devastating day of our lives. I would recommend Bespoke 100% - Thank you so much for everything William and your whole team

We said goodbye to our Grandma Dorothy yesterday. Bespoke Funeral Care have the most compassionate, caring and professional team. My Grandma was treated like a queen and our family like royalty. The communication and service is second to non. We were able to ask questions whatever time of the day and would have a response straight way. Everything for our grandma's funeral was made possible and we will never forget how they made a hard day feel easier. I can not praise them enough. Every member of staff yesterday made the day perfect.

From the first phone call we were dealt with in not only in an empathetic way, but in a very individual & personal way. We felt like we were the only people in the area to be experiencing such trauma and that Bespoke couldn't have had any other work! Obviously not true, but that's how important to them they made us feel. They offered understanding, reassurance and most earnest an abundance of support. The service we received was second to none and they listened to our every wish, ensuring it was orchestrated without any stress or problems. Having never had to deal with such an ordeal before, and under Covid conditions we received an absolutely excellent service from Bespoke and could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you all, especially Will, and the hearse guys (please forgive me whose names escape me now) who were so respectful and thoughtful throughout xx A difficult day that will be remembered well.

Bespoke are exactly what they say an individual bespoke service that take care of everything when you are in a time of utter distress and confusion. They looked after my Mum with respect and dignity the funeral was conducted beautifully with lovely touches particularly having the opportunity to touch the coffin before mum left her house. Contact with Christopher and William was amazing even late at night or early morning. Thank you so much Christopher, William and the lovely Sam for all you help and support at such a difficult and sad time
