Have just ordered my first Nissan with Neil. When I first visited I was put off by a pushy sales man who I found very rude although I had booked in with Neil. I called Neil and rebooked and he was amazing. So friendly, helpful, polite and really made me feel like he listened and found what was perfect for me. I highly reccommend anyone wanting to look or purchase a Nissan to book in with him. Not pushy and his customer service is worth more than 5stars. I look forward to getting my car and feel totally relaxed that its in Neil's hands.

Superb service, strongly recommend the scouse girl. Her name escapes me atm, but she was brilliant with my 75yo mum who had never test driven a new car before. She spoke to her softly and gently encouraged her. Clearly worked well as my mum purchased a new Qashqai so thank you lovely scouse lady :)
