Just eaten at HS Tapas for the first time whilst on a trip In Whistable, had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the food. In addition the wine list was authentic and we loved the Casaprimicia. We ordered the chorizo on pita bread which is a bit small for the price, but nonetheless the food was great. A personal favourite would be the squid plate which with a touch of paprika was divine. Other dishes were delicious as well such as the peppers. Service was also friendly and accommodating. Great night and when in town, would inevitably come again.

Fabulous tapas. Beautifully cooked. No hot drinks so we missed an expresso but not a big problem. Highly recommend.

Excellent tapas.Enjoyed meal there, the Tortilla with runny middle was the highlight. Almost like being in Spain could not help thinking about the marvellous stuffed tortillas that the Spanish do.

Came here off the back of two recommendations from different people. Turned up just before they opened and felt very lucky to get a table as it filled up fast and a lot of people were getting turned away. The staff were lovely and helpful with decision-making. Highly rated most of the dishes we had. Only one that we weren't massive fans of were the prawns. Octopus and jamon croquetas are a must have!
