Hired a camping trailer from here and was really impressed with the service and value. The trailer suggested was perfect for us (having no knowledge about trailers previously), and we couldn't have had our family holiday without it. It was one less thing to worry about on the drive to Spain. Service was friendly and quick, would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

The worst customer service I have ever received comes to mind. They are only getting 1 star because there is no option for zero. I have a trailer which I use for my business daily. Last Friday I emailed for a price for a new axle as the trailer is unusable. It is an Indespension trailer and I gave the chassis no so they could identify the correct one. I received a generic reply saying they would get back to me asap. The following Tuesday I sent a reminder as I had heard nothing. Another generic reply. Still nothing. On Wednesday I emailed again...another generic reply. To day is Friday,a week since my original request was sent. I have still heard nothing! I was quite prepared to spend 300 on a new axle with Indespension, now however I am going to buy a new trailer for 800 and it will definitely not be an Indespension trailer. I will never buy another one of their products again!
