Dropped a car off for a tow bar and electric install, was completed promptly the same day with no hassle, and very good customer service to back this company up. Wont hesitate to use them again in the near future for our other vehicle
Had a tow bar fitted also bought a trailer went to collect, trailer was hooked up ready to go, got home unhooked trailer and found that they had cut a section of my rear bumper off so the tow bar would fit obviously not the correct towbar for my car. They should have asked me before doing this so I give them zero stars out of five, and do not reccomend them.
What a friendly helpful team. Called in as I was having a tow bar crisis with my removable Twitter tow bar. They calmed down, took a look and were able to fix my tow bar for no charge. Now that's customer service. Thanks for your help today
If I could give no stars I would. Filled in online forms, one of our specialists will phone you shortly, obviously couldn't be bothered, even sent them an email after 6 hours to prompt, 24. hours later still no call, don't waste your time
