Paul from the initial phone call and booking was very responsive. During the lockdown period Paul booked our carpet clean in at short notice to meet the needs of our household. He initially visited to provide a quote and look at the work. He is very professional, polite and helpful. We were very happy with the quality of his carpet cleaning.
