Absolutely devastated. Food never turned up despite being promised during 2 different phone calls that it would be with us. We ordered at 7pm, confirmed it was out for delivery at 8pm, and never received. This was for our anniversary, disappointed is a huge understatement. Now we're 25 out with no resolution, not even an offer to fix it for us.

Worst dessert place ever . Please do not place an order from here. Ordered a waffle , buy one get one free crepe and a milkshake. 50 mins later one(not buy one get one free as per website ) crepe arrives cold and hardened at the edges- no waffle to be seen-and a milkshake. Rang the shop to complain and a unhelpful woman answered the phone and told us the waffle had left the premises. As if we were ringing for no reason and additionally there was no buy one get one free. She also said the shop was now closed and she could do nothing about this order apart from send order tomorrow. What a night ruined. No refund offered. No apology for evening ruined. Will never be ordering from here again and will ensure my family and friends don’t either! Complete utter time wasting rubbish.
Worst dessert shop in CARDIFF! ordered 40 worth of desserts and I’m still waiting for my delivery over an hour hour after ordering! I’ve tried to contact the restaurant 15 times but it’s a mobile number and no one answers. Pathetic service, who the hell has a mobile number for a shop phone?! Will never order from here again. 40 gone down the drain. Will be advising family and friends to avoid this place!!! Edit: order arrived at 11:30 in the night, who the hell delivers dessert at that time?!! Rude delivery driver. Will never spend a penny here ever again. The crepe they served, hard as a bloody rock.
Ordered from this place twice. Went through website not through uber eats. Friendly staff when delivering, food in great condition. Ice cream not completely melted (expected to melt a bit). Arrived half an hour earlier than what was expected. Will continue to order from here for desserts.
Ordered at 9 its now 10 to 12 and still no sign. After an hour I rang the shop which they told me all orders were out for delivery, tried ringing since and the shop is closed so its obviously going to come freezing and melted (if it does come) we don't even want it now, was meant to be a treat instead we now just want to go to bed but waiting up for this delivery update- didn't arrive. avoid avoid avoid!!!!
First time ordering from Uber eats, food was really late which I often don’t mind but the ice cream was melted, and the worst part is my cookie dough was completely burnt at the bottom, all of it was black :( to the point where it was inedible because of the burnt taste.. really disappointed as it looked really nice! Probably won’t be ordering again unfortunately :/ It really ruined the night after the long wait!
Good dessert (although slightly overpriced) but service could be better. I asked for a student discount but the woman who was taking my order didn’t know how to put it on so somebody else took over and they just forgot completely even though I mentioned it twice. Staff seemed to be a bit stressed. I understand it was busy and just opened recently but better communication is needed.
Spent 47 on desserts for the family as a Sunday treat delivery was quick but the actual desserts was very disappointing waffles were cold and burnt, tango blasts were just an expensive version of a slushy. The price of desserts was not worth the money. Don't like to leave bad reviews but this time I had to
