I purchased a property in January which needed complete renovation and came across Major Building Contractors through two family friends whom have used Major Building Contractors before. Dealing with Major was straightforward and easy. I was really impressed with my new loft, extension and internal renovations. The team was hard working and they finished my project on time even whilst the pandemic was going on. I would highly recommend Major Building Contractors and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I've had two projects completed by Major building contractors now. My loft conversion was of high quality and well managed. They also provided guidance and ideas on layout/plans before delivering on time and in budget. Following this I had my rear extension and garden work done. Again this was to a high standard completed with all the required certificates. I'd very much recommend this company.
I had been looking for a loft company for over three months. When Major came to inspect my house for a loft conversation, I was very impressed and confident with the company. They were brilliant from the start to the end. All the builders were very friendly and went out their way to meet all our requirements. I would recommend MBC to everyone.
I used MBC to do my extension, loft and full refurbishment to my entire house. Major and his team have worked on my sisters house and came highly recommended. I have compared his workmanship to other companies and what stood out for me is that Major does not put his profit before customer satisfaction. He has a huge pipeline of jobs, hence not paying him on time has never stopped the work. They have a good eye for detail and have done a lot more then what I have asked for without charging me anything as they understand client requirements can change overtime. They were very accommodating considering we lived in the home that was being refurbished. They built temporary bathrooms and kitchens and worked around us. One year on and any post work issues are always dealt with promptly.
