Gulnara Therapy provides a first class service. Make absolutely clear what you need and what issues you have and they will start you on the road to recovery. The staff have a huge range of treatments and abilities. I cannot recommend them high enough. Gulnara herself was friendly and kind, understand and extremely competent. Conversation flowed and was interesting. Definitely worth a try.

I have been recommended to visit Gulnara for some time by one of my friends when I was complaining about my aches and pains due to weightlifting, after some time when I got the chance I phoned Gulnara and was given an appointment, to be honest wasn't expecting much, but once she asked me what I did and the was there any parts of the body she wanted me to concentrate on, I told her to be honest the whole body need some TLC and an MOT, so soon she got to work, and clearly knew what she was doing, maintaining highest level of professionalism throughout, told her about some back and neck problems that I was having which if possible she could have a look at. Well what can I say, after a few cracks of the spine and neck I felt like a got a new body, gone was the lower back pain that I had for a few weeks and the neck just felt so loose with no restrictions in movement, massage therapist, I'd like to think she's more of a miracle worker, of all these years that I have visited other massage therapist, I'm kicking myself as to why I hadn't discovered the magic healing touch of Gulnara. Can't recommend this wonderful lady high enough. Top quality service with the highest degree of professionalism throughout the session
