I ordered my son’s football kit in the first half of Oct and it is now 2 months later and I haven’t received it yet. I have tried to email and call and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone to get an update. MG Sportswear you need to work on your customer service and keep your customers informed. In the present situation I would have understood kit being delayed, but you need to communicate this to your customers.

Big thank you to MG Sportswear who sorted me out with my new business coaching kit. I required kit for myself but also for our business mascot \Lucky the Lion\. My vision has been turned into a reality! Never thought I'd be able to get a bespoke shirt but MG made it happen. Special mention to Sam who has been great in sorting everything out for us. The business looks great. Could not fault the service and quality. Highly recommend anyone to go there for all their sports kit needs!

We used MG to supply our Home, Away and Training Kits. We are a new club, and they supply kits for all of the teams at Catshill. The staff were brilliant in helping us out with the orders, and even though we had an issue with one of our sponsors not paying for the kit were understanding and excellent in supporting us to get the matter sorted. The kit itself is really good, the boys enjoy playing in it. I've personally ordered a few extra pieces and I've been impressed by the speed of the orders and again the quality of the item when its been received.

Takes them 4 months to process a order zero updates tried contact numerous times with no luck do not respond to emails say they will call back but don't,asked for a refund but no reply, shocking customer service .
