My experience of this guy was awful. Purposely only pictured one side of the bike, failed to mention blatant crash damage on the other side of the bike and just called it \wear and tear\. Since his reply to this I've seen fit to add pictures of the poorly covered up damage, there's no way he wasn't aware of this, \friend's\ bike or not. He even tried blaming the courier who delivered the bike. I got a 100 refund, as you can see there's way more than 100 worth of damage that was not pictured and was handily not in the 3 minute video. I've no reason to lie, I'm just letting other people know about my experience. Basil Rathbone is my Google account, sorry for the confusion x
