We recently moved house and needed to change my partners car to suit the new road conditions around us. We were slightly apprehensive to not be able to see any possible cars before purchasing but Stevie and Chris went above and beyond to find a car that suited us perfectly. They kept us informed every step of the way and was a smooth trading in of the old car when picking up the new car. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a car to get in touch with the guys here!

Staff are very unfriendly, contacted this branch regarding a vehicle and 2 weeks later no one has still gotten back to me. The customer service is appalling and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. Youre better off taking a bus than buy a car from here.

I bought a Range Rover from Motorchoice Edinburgh in September 2020 and i am still waiting for the log book. I contacted the salesman and told him my concerns and he said they were experiencing long lead times due to COVID. I waited patiently and then i contacted the DVLA direct who had no record of a log book arriving. I explained this to the salesman In December and he said he would apply for a replacement straight away, i am still awaiting the delivery. i contacted the DVLA again today and they say, once again they have no record of this application. This isn't something that is alien to these guys they sell cars and change ownership on a daily basis so i want to try to understand what the problem is ?

Bought a car from them last week. Probably not the right time, I thought during Lockdown, but it was all completed online and by phone. The delivery driver was the only person I saw, and he thoroughly sanitised the car upon delivery and the handover was done outside. The rest of the team there are very friendly and helpful, and answer any questions you may have. They send you a video of the car you are interested in, and all documents and forms are signed online. I’m more than happy with my new car, and they seem to be busy selling cars even during these hard times. Even after the handover they email to say thanks for the purchase and to get in touch if there are any problems. Certainly recommend.

We have just bought a 66 plate Touareg & it was delivered today (what an epic journey the hero of a delivery driver had)! Craig & the team kept us updated throughout, sending videos where necessary so we could see the car as buying a different car during this pandemic is somewhat unusual...! We had zero concerns or worries though going through with a car sale in these weird circumstances that Coronavirus has given us because Craig made us feel reassured! We think the team at Motorchoice Edinburgh have adapted well to these strange times and we are happy car buyers!
