I am very disappointed with Motorchoice Aberdeen. The company is very quick to take your money but once they owe you a deposit they ignore you. This is not a great customer service. I have been waiting for a deposit refund for over a month now which i find unacceptable. I reserved a car at the beginning of December 2020 which had a problem with the seat heating therefore i did not make a purchase. I was ensured by a representative that the deposit will be returned to my bank account promptly. Adam even took my bank details to process it. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received my money back. I have been in touch with the same representative-Adam I was dealing with before and my emails have been ignored. You have truly lost my trust as a company and I will definitely not be returning to do any business with you. Just for comparison my partner made a smart choice by choosing Arnold clark and had his deposit refunded in a week. I will also be making a purchase there.

Called to discuss purchase of a VW Transporter first thing as soon as the showroom opened. Was told that I'd have a video of the vehicle in 15 mins. I had queried the wheel and tyre condition and was told that they'd look into it. 2 hours later I called them back as no-one had contacted me and was told they'd sold it. At no point did they call me to say someone was interested in it. Shocking behaviour. I had naively thought that being part of the John Clark group meant something in terms of customer service, clearly not.

Great experience from Motorchoice Aberdeen, they quickly found my perfect car and were there every step of the way to answer any questions. Due to COVID and not being able to sign documents, their online portal was simple easy to work through. Couldn't fault their service at all, huge thank you again to Gerry, Reece and Charlie for sorting me out with my new car. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommend.
