I met Angelique when my partner and I were preparing to try for a baby. I had read her book and found it so helpful so I made an appointment. After implementing the changes she recommended, over time (food, sleep, exercise and supplements) I felt so much better. I lost weight, had more energy, my skin cleared up and all sorts of other little aches and pains disappeared. All the recommendations were based on thorough testing and were completely personalised to me. My plan was then refined at each appointment. It wasn’t easy but it was worth it.
