Excellent service, the girls there are always friendly. They do a fab coconut milk flat white and the chocolate hazelnut cronuts are amazing!

Lovely food, bit pricey. I'm a regular and have really noticed the customer service go downhill the last few months. The staff member who served me had gloves on for covid measures yet handled my cash then handled food straight away. This is so unhygienic! Staff are quite moody and it does feel like now that the Christchurch branch is open, overall management and delivery of customer care is slipping under the added pressure. Please don't get complacent PMB!
