Delicious food at reasonable prices. This particular pepes on colne road has plenty of indoor seating. The staff are super friendly and work very hard. The burgers here are delicious as well as the chicken and rice. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Appalling service. Placed an order on the phone and went to collect after 30 minutes - food still was not ready (never is) and then I’m told to wait 5 minutes. After 50 minutes of placing my order, my food is still not ready! How long can it take to make a chicken and rice box?! I asked for a refund and left without any food but I didn’t even get an apology from any of the staff. They don’t know how to run a business. Will not be ordering from this pepes again!
Update November 2020: Incompetent and completely useless. They get the order wrong consistently but you'll definitely pay the right price. Takes 45 mins to get the order ready (not 15 mins like they said) and you'll end up going back to return it anyways. If you want to wait this long for your food I suggest you crack and egg and let it cook in the sun for a day. Faster and less hassle. September 2020: Decent food but pricey. Worst of all is how useless phone orders are. They take the order and then we have to reorder when in store. They don't actually make the phone order but they say they will make it. Either make it or tell us we have to come in to order it. Guy behind the counter looks lost half the time.
I placed a order in store. I was told 15 minutes which ended up being 30 minutes. Then finally when i got my order which I should have checked in the bag was wrong when i got home. Chips were missing from a meal, and one complete meal missing. I had traveled 15 minutes to get there. Then w green I rang to say my order was wrong the person on the counter informed me that it would be another 45 minutes for them to deliver the order.
My first eveey Pepe meal was in Kingston-upon-Thames. I had never imagined this franchise would take off like it did and come only few blocks away from my residence. One of the cleanest and most hygenic places to eat in Burnley. Great choice of grilled food from kids meals, burgers, rice box, noddles & platters etc. My only recommendation to the management would be to have a a dedicated counter person to cover during core hrs. You can easily turn away custom by keeping someone waiting for longtime as well as not being too shy to put a decent portion of fries (who doesn't love a few extra bites) so customers will happily come back.
