For such a lovely shop, it's a shame they don't handle customer care better. My dwarf hamster easily escaped from the cage I bought there and I have ended up having to put carpet tape over the cage because the bars were weak enough for a baby dwarf hamster to pull and escape from. I called up to explain to the gentleman who didn't sound best pleased. Even though I offered to bring the cage in and show him. He came across as quite rude and difficult to talk to. I think the shop has so many lovely items in that you wouldn't find from big stores like pets at home, but customer care in my opinion is very important and I hope they improve on this.
