Don't use this farcical company. Asked Phil to fix a marked window frame. After 3 Months of chasing him up and being fobbed off he came back with this. It looks a lot worse in real life, like he's put a bit of chewing gum over the mark and expected my landlord and agent to pay 57 for the privileged. What a rip off. Don't use these guys. I then had to pay a decent window person to correct his poor work, so all in all PT Lock & Safe Ltd cost me over 100!
Needed a new spare key fob for my BMW 1 Series and was unable through work to get to Rhys and his team, but he made it no hassle to come to me to do the job. They are very politie thorough and know exactly what they are doing. 100% would recommend theses guys top work. Also noting was to much trouble. Thanks again
