Bit tight in there. Half hour booking slots unnecessary. Some incredibly militant and self important attendants working there.

Staff are generally very friendly and helpful but they didn't seem to like me taking photographs for this review. I'm positive they thought I was a Russian spy or something What a load of rubbish!

We were allocated times from 12:30 - 13:00 and arrived 10 minutes ahead of time. We joined the queue of 5 cars and by the time we arrived at the gate we were in our time limit. The person on the gate carrying out the checks was a friendly courteous gentleman and had a smile for everyone despite being out in the hot sun. When the next available unload area was free we parked and offloaded. The person looking after that area was helpful and polite, passed the time of day with him and although he must have been extremely hot, with the safety clothing, he was still smiling and friendly. This allocation of timed slots is working extremely well and there is no pushing and shoving. Well done everyone, it was an actual pleasure to be there and find friendly and helpful staff.

The booking system avoids long queues and is fair and works well. Everyone seems helpful. Although it is a real pain that due to no local glass banks I have to take bottles to the recycling centre.
