I had a great experience with the Spanish Vice Consulate in Birmingham, the Consul was impeccably polite with me on the phone at my first attempt ringing. Answered my email next day after I sent it very late the night before. All in all, I found their service excellent. However, if you want something else more important done regarding consulate services I would advise you to ring the London one.
Worst service in the World do not get a Visa from Spanish Embassy they ask you to prepay and prebook the whole Trip to Spain just to deny the application under false grounds. 500 spend gone done the drain. Then when you try appealing can't get through to anyone just past around to false contact which do not exist i.e. Spanish Consulate. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!
The visa would not worth at all. They give single entry 29 days 107
I've been trying to reach the for 4 days!! They never pick up the phone and never reply to my emails...
Such a rude, terrible customer service!! Unprofessional. Useless. Shameful.
