Payments are always late. You only get paid after their client pays them, if the client delays paying them, you don’t get paid which unusual with most credible agencies. They promise you shifts only to let you down last minute. Rubbish agency to work. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work with them.

Omg Allison what kind if team you have there they dont even speak english ..Ohhh my God...is so annoying to talk to your staff which they themself dont know what they are saying...no wonder u have two stars:)))

Speaking as an independent Mapa trainer for The Flame lily I've spoken to a lot of their staff and majority of staff have indicated that they are more than happy with flame lily and receive plenty of shifts. With regards to the office staff I have only found them to be warm friendly and happy to help anyway they can.

Sharing Hands

Had a call from this company.. shocking could not understand a word, then when I asked if they could repeat the question they put the phone down !! I called back to a very poor response !! As a Nurse if I can not understand nor would any patient... let alone the rudeness... would not advice anyone to use this company.

The staff at this agency have no clue to what they are doing-everytime you give them a call each call you will get different advice. They lose your documents, they don't pay you on time and their shifts are so last minute they expect you to get there within five mins. I spoke to one of their employees who told me he was a recruitment advisor but then changed his mind and decided he was the manager. Don't expect a call back from them you will be waiting for two weeks
