Thank goodness for the attention to detail the optic shop take when making up your prescriptions, they saved me making an expensive mistake and contacted me by email to alert me to double check and they were right! I feel this goes above and beyond in levels of customer service! They have great staff especially Holly! I highly recommend this company!
Big Thank You to all at the Optic Shop. I can’t thank the team at The Optic Shop enough. They were fantastic. Despite the lockdown restrictions in late March 2020 they accepted my return and upgraded my order to a more expensive model. Which meant waiting for delivery from Italy during the height of their outbreak. A few weeks later my new glasses arrived at no extra charge! They said due to the wait time they would not be passing on the extra cost. I was genuinely surprised, they went above and beyond what was necessary and I am delighted with the new glasses. Wishing you all at the shop the very best for the coming months.
