Stuart has been my Duathlon coach since January of this year. Since then, I have improved massively on my running and bike, beating some PBs thanks to his amazing training plan. His support has been outstanding, answering my questions really quickly and giving me feedback from all my sessions. He pushes you to your limits but he is also there to give you support when you are feeling a bit down or have had a bad training session.
