We are a small business in dover for which Veolia should collect our waste. I say should because every other week no one turns up to pick up our recycling and the general waste is sometimes not picked up either. The amount of time i spend on the phone to them is beyond belief and their word means nothing at all. If you are a business then I strongly recommend avoiding them to save you time and headaches. Absolutely atrocious service.
