Took my MacBook Pro in for a software issue. They couldn’t understand what the issue was, despite detailed information. Went into shop to show them and the guy then spent 15 minutes looking on the web for a solution - I already tried that. They obviously had no idea, so I took the Mac away having paid 40 for the experience.

Four broken head sliders and a month later, after one email from them and a couple of chasing emails from me seeking a progress update, and I’m back to square one with a hard-drive that has important data on but cannot be recovered. At least they tried. That’s all I’ve got to say...
