A1 is a family owned and run business that was founded in 1973 and has achieved continued growth through consistent innovation, investment and industry leadership. We employ 140 local people at a 54,000 square feet modern production facility with a purpose-built administration centre, located in New Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. In 2013, we became the first manufacturer in Europe to receive the mandatory EU Directive CE Mark for total commercial chimney and flue systems. To date, no competitor has achieved this official quality and safety recognition.
