We couldn't be happier with service provided so far. Bill has been extremely helpful and took the extra time to explain the pros and cons of each style of carpet we were interested in. Fair and up front pricing with a huge selection of samples. Highly recommend. We have not yet had our carpet installed so I cannot comment on that. I will edit this post once that is completed.

William Mullen trading as Dee carpets limited was hired by me to renew a carpet for my seriously disabled mother who lived on her own. The work was inspected by me the following day and was horrified at the standard of work carried out. The carpet was completely uneven around the edges of the whole room there was a large bump every 6 inches. We had the work independently assessed by two separate professional carpet companies who told us it was the worst job they had ever seen. We relayed all this information to Dee carpet company but Mr Mullen did not even bother to check the work carried out by his employee at any stage. My mother paid Dee carpets hundreds of pounds for the carpet which had to be ripped up and thrown in the skip.
