The customer service was atrocious. There were two guys working downstairs. Wanted to try on some shoes, so after i finally managed to locate them (there were both standing next to each other and chatting, with plenty of customers looking for help) i asked if i could try on a pair of shoes, one of the went with me and I showed him the shoes i wanted to try. He just checked it and quite rudely told me that they dont have the size. Didnt even have a chance to ask about any other shoes as he was gone in a second. Also about 10 people waiting in a queue for one till. No thanks.
I like the variety of stuff they have and the several prices range, I've been here a couple of times and had a pleasant experience overall. Other reviewers say they've found unfriendly staff but I've been lucky I have only found helpful ones. However, I believe there's a bit too much going on in this store, in some areas it feels messy and overwhelming
Great shop for all your sporting item needs. Great selection and stock availability every time I have visited.
Was ok assistances were scarce but when found very helpfull.
