Used for my postnatal appointments and honestly can’t recommend them enough. Whilst it was understandably a difficult time right in the middle of COVID, the midwife team were kind and caring. After a pretty traumatic birth they were there to help me and my newborn through the first few weeks. Rachel was an absolute angel and should I decide to have another baby, will definitely be asking for her to look after me again!

We’ve been there for ultrasound prior to 15 min of our appointment time. I’ve informed our arrival at view reception, where there were 2 lady receptionists, but they straight send us down to X-ray section reception without checking patient’s details. Then we went down but there were no one at reception for about an hour. I tried to asked with many staffs, but everyone said no idea,wait until after lunch break. After an hour, when the receptionist arrived and I’ve asked about my patients appointment, she said, it’s not here in system. Then I straight went back to view reception for querry again. You know what they said! you are too late for your appointment, you should rebook again. I became shocked, cause they were the one, who send us at down to X-ray reception. And they were the one who miss guided us and wasted our time. Also they behaved very rudely. Everyone knows that It’s health matter at hospital, not like other place reception! So much unprofessional receptionists. Also it’s not only for us, I’ve heard many negative complaints from my friends too. My humble request and suggestion to management level that, please brief or train your staff as professional. Thank you.
I messed up with my prescription and was going away to work in a Care Home in Bristol and had forgot to put my prescription in and they sorted out within a couple of hours Thank you well done
The Nepalese receptionist with the tattoo of 'Om' symbol on her left hand, in Cambridge Practice Hospital Hill is foul. The practice needs to take actions over her and take into account reviews written about the receptionists, especially this lady. To the lady, if this job is too stressful please resign, as us 'customers'/'patients' are not sufficed with your efforts.
The older, blonde, short haired lady with glasses on reception was incredibly rude. We stepped 1 metre outside of the one way system, without realising, and did not get within 5 metres of any other patients. She thought it appropriate to scold my elderly mother and father and use sarcasm to explain where to find the x-ray department. Disgraceful behaviour. She is in the wrong job!
