Used this company 3 times, twice no trouble this time not good. Needed the skip in the same place as the last 2 and told them where it was going, they sent wrong size truck. Tried again still sent wrong truck. Called to find out what's going on and they said the vehicle was sold then it was in derby then it wasnt there anymore. 1 person said sorry yes I can see by the notes we are wrong. Then this lad the next time said there nothing on the system very disappointed. Costing me money due to there incompetence

Hired a big skip. Came on time and although we could have kept it 2 weeks we had finished with it after a week. I rang to arrange collection and although very busy the company accommodated my preference for removal ASAP due to our circumstances. They collected with in 4 hours. Thank you so much. You made a massive difference.

Absolute disgrace of a company with very little regard for its customers, and ran by very angry people. The first time we used this company, the delivery driver had an extremely poor attitude towards my partner. He took one look at our loaded skip and pulled his face and said it won’t move (more like too much hard work), it moved no problem after he had had calmed down. We ensured that next time, we filled it less to avoid more conflict and threatening behaviour from the driver. When the driver arrived for the second skip, we left him for 10 minutes because we simply couldn’t be bothered to hear his next performance. At the point that he jumped in his lorry to give up, we came out to ask what the problem was. He said that it was full and he won’t be taking it. It was filled to the level and unlike last time, we had done nothing to build up the sides. However to save the hassle, we were agreeable, removed a load of rubble to appease him and it took us the grand total of 3 minutes. In this time he drove off, which was a real shame, his shouting was a real hit with the neighbours!! After ringing the office to arrange a collection, we were accused of lying and and that the driver had left half an hour ago (he had only just left). We were then told it will be 3 days before the skip is collected. The woman on the phone was very rude but gave me this heartwarming speech, “we have been in business for 35 years and we are very successful, your opinion doesn’t matter” In conclusion; this company doesn’t care about customers and their feedback. This company thinks that they are unstoppable, I gave them one piece of advice however; manners cost nothing and it’s good to be kind.

Driver arrives, I heard him around 8.30am, at 8.40am I decided to go out and check everything was alright, at 8.42am he informs me the skip was overloaded as he’s jumping in the lorry to leave, despite it being a lot less full than the previous which was taken, took exactly 3 minutes to unload, Had the driver told me as soon as he decided it was overloaded I could have emptied it before he had packed up and left. We were talking a very small number of bricks... letting me know just as he was leaving was purely to be awkward. Rang the company back at 8.45am and explained the situation and they told me it had been half an hour...? I expressed that I didn’t appreciate being called a liar and that this afternoon wasn’t good enough when the driver had literally just left and when I’ve already waited 3 days for this skip to be removed to which the receptionist seemed to want to continue being argumentative and unprofessional so I expressed that I’m not feeling like a valued customer to which I was told I’m not and offered a refund! I know this is a skip company not a 5* resort so customer service isn’t top of their priorities but the awkwardness of the driver, and the receptionist accusing customers of lying and looking for an argument is not what I expected to be dealing with after parting with 648. There are plenty of waste companies in the area. Perhaps a little respect would go a long way.

Incredible customer service. Dropped off no problems despite tricky access due to the neighbours having building work on as well (cars everywhere on the street). Collected at short notice, and even fetched some of the garden waste that I'd forgotten for me \thought I'd save you a job\. Brilliant. If I had a couple of beers in the fridge, they'd have gone to the two helpful lads that came today. Really impressed. Thanks
