I had tried twice to undertake the CII learning by myself and lost interest half way through. Tom from Wiser Academy has kept me and my colleagues engaged throughout the learning process which has led to us all passing IF1 first time. Wiser Academy attended our offices on the exam day for a last minute (all day) cram session going over areas where we all struggled in the mocks. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand and helped everyone improve. This session was by far the most beneficial as there was engagement throughout with on the spot explanations so we understood the reasoning as to why we were incorrect or close to the right answer. I was unfortunate enough to have a nerve wracking time during the exam as the laptop being used kept buffering between each question and was stuck for a long period of time on two occasions. Both Tom and Tanita showed concern, with Tom running back from town, and professionalism throughout the issue and resolved this for me, luckily the time limit for the exam did not continue to count down while frozen and they reassured me that I could use as much time as was needed. We are all looking forward to our next IF unit which we will be starting after a short break.
