I've been going to APS for almost 10 years and their service has always been great. My most recent experience was with a echo blower - admittedly almost 15 years old but after a recent regular service had to take it back again because I couldn't get it to start after I brought it home. APS took a look at it again and after some deliberation decided it wasn't repairable. I was a bit gutted. However as a fantastic goodwill gesture, APS gave me a brand new (boxed) echo blower - an upgrade on my existing model. I was chuffed to bits! Thank you APS for this gesture and all that you do!
