We were there to celebrate our daughters birthday. On arrival we were just shown to our seats. We weren't asked the reason for our visit. We weren't asked if we had been before. Although the staff were professional, they weren't particularly friendly. The food seemed to well cooked and hot. The choice of drinks is a little bit limited. Overall I would probably have given the visit a 3.5 review rating. Would definitely go back.
This is an absolutely fine, high-street food proposition. The menu is sound, the food is perfectly good. The children's menu is varied and mine like it. They're also fond of the homemade-style(?) lemonade. The myriad offers from supermarkets make it good value too.
Me and my partner booked a table for tonight as we had a buy a gift voucher. With this voucher is a set menu but no vegan options for myself, a young gentlemen with a tattoo of the word family on his arm had a chat with me he then said he will be back in a moment and when he did himself and his manager sorted vegan options out for me with the set menu. Thank you so much for your kindness but the young gent left before I could thank him and give him a tip for going that extra mile I really appreciated it. The food was beautiful and the staff was friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be returning .
Great customer service delivered by a very friendly Lithuanian waiter Tasty coffees and desserts ️ Totally recommend this place
